  Completely un-helpful, poor customer service, didn’t want anything to do with the problem I’m having with my phone, could tell he didn’t have any idea what he was doing considering he had to ask another person what he should do. Completely terrible. I’m switching to a galaxy because I am DONE with Apple products.

  I have an iPod touch that isn't holding a charge. I took it to the store and had to wait an hour and a half for a tech. He offered to exchange it for a new one at a small fee. Unfortunately, I hadn't backed up my apps in a couple of months. He said it would be no problem, I just had to bring it back and exchange it, I wouldn't need to make another appointment. I called today to confirm that and to confirm what else I needed to do. I got a sales rep who transferred me to technical support. After holding for a half hour I finally got a girl who was little more than a human recording. She told me she is not technical support, she is technical support customer service. She can make an appointment for me to see a tech in their store. I repeated I was told I don't need to make another appointment, but she just kept repeating that she is not technical support, she is customer service and can make an appointment. I asked to speak to a tech but she said she can make an appointment to see a tech. You'd think that a high tech company like Apple would hire people with some brains and listening skills.
