I have always been impressed by Brighton's product but I am even more impressed by the experience my mom had with the staff. She told the about the charm I had shown her online and the saleswoman gave my mom many options to complete the gift without going over her budget, the even gift wrapped it. She says the staff was warm, friendly and helpful! I am so happy she had a great experience.
