  Our fireplace looks and functions great, I had a good experience with the sales department. The red flag that happend was that our house was broken into the day after final completion of our fireplace, coincidence? or was it one of our workers? I am not sure, but my neighbors think it is very suspicious. If anyone else has a similar experience I'd press hard to investigate the workers. I didn't like how our instillation guys asked for final payment even before our fireplace was done, that is not acceptable in my opinion. Two of our workers also wanted to use our bathroom, which I don't think is professional when there are businesses nearby that have public bathrooms. I'm not sure I'd be a repeat customer after my experience.
