  Spoke with a manager regarding my online order status as I chose the option to ship to store. She told me it takes 10-15 business days. I asked why the email says 5-7 she said "I don't know." Immediately called Customer Relations. They confirmed it takes 5-7 business days, as the order confirmation states. This is also stated on the website. I called the store back, and spoke with two other managers (apparently there were five "managers" that evening, and then the "store manager"). She said, unapologetic of all the confusion I was given, that the CORPORATE OFFICE AND WEBSITE are both wrong, and that it takes 7-10, sometimes 10-15 business days". What I learned is that the Forever 21 store in Roseville has it all right, I say this sarcastically. With their terrible customer service, and many managers who answer "I don't know", they have all the answers - even when three managers all gave me different answers. I read in another review that someone else also experienced terrible service at this location with online shipments to the store. I was quickly reminded why I never shop here.

  I called the store to make sure they had certain items because I needed a last minute outfit and I did not have time to shop. The woman on the phone said they had the items. She told me it would be on hold until store close. During rush hour and Superbowl weekend I drove from the Minnetonka/Wayzata area to Roseville to pick my items up and IT WAS NOT THERE. The employee said the items I wanted were only available online. I am so disappointed. I've worked in retail before and understand some things are out of the employees control, but this was unacceptable and it wasted 3 hours out of my day!
