  I have shopped and donated here for years. They aren't great but okay. However, today I arrived an hour before their posted closing time to donate a few dozen items (before the end of the year for tax purposes). When nobody came to unload me after about 5-10 minutes I went to the front to discover they closed an hour earlier (with no sign near donation drop offs). I was still there at the (unposted) closing time, but Goodwill decided my donations didn't matter and decided to close instead of unload me. How can an organization built on donations not understand there may be a negative impact of changing hours on the last day of the tax year, and how can their employees care so little about people trying to donate to them?
