  There was an older ma'am that was working at the cutting counter, and being that I have worked at other Joann fabric stores, I know certain policies when it comes to fabric. Not only was the older lady at the cutting counter rude beyond belief, she didn't honor the remnant policy, and lied about it when she knew I knew what the policy was. Also, might as well throw this is with it.. Tiny isles, 2 carts can't even pass each other, fabric was everywhere including on the floor, and finally when I wanted to check out, the systems all crashed. That was fun... Awful experience, definitely avoid this store in particular.

  During my shopping trip at this location, I needed to change my baby's diaper. The location has locked bathrooms that require a key to get in. There are no changing tables inside. When I talked to the manager she said they had to be removed because the bathrooms weren't ADA compliant. (The ADA was passed in 1990 - they've had almost 20 years to comply.) The manager informed me that a lawyer who "was suing businesses over ADA compliance in order to make money" was the reason they'd removed the changing tables. (Nothing to do with the fact that they weren't complying with federal law, of course.) Disgusted, I left without purchasing anything. If a national chain store with a lot of resources can't be arsed to accommodate all of their customers, I have no interest in giving it my business.

  Seriously do not go to this store unless you are looking for flanel or polar fleece. They have a ton of both but absolutely nothing else. Worse selection I have ever seen.
