  Terrible customer service. I had an order pickup and when I handed my ID to the lady, she looked it over for a solid two minutes until I finally asked her what’s the matter? And she said nothing, what’s the item you had? Almost like she thought I was stealing the cheap pair socks I was picking up. She then didn’t hold any conversations with me, didn’t even look me in the eye, and didn’t even tell me goodbye when I left. I will never do in order pick up at Macy’s again. Target does it far better and the staff is way more polite.
