  I loved this place. You can find almost all the outdoor supplies you need here. Apart from that the staff are super friendly and helpful. Ee were extremely happy with the way they treated us and all information they provided about the product we wanted to buy.

  Unfriendly staff. I know people have bad days, but if you work in customer service you can’t take that out on customers. Returned gift bought for me from there for $69 ($20 of it a REI gift card). Refused to give me the $20 back so I couldn’t even exchange my gift for the right size. Management tried to claim that it was bought using a 20% off coupon, not with a $20 gift card. I tried to point out 20% of $69 is not $20, but they gave me a receipt and manager left. Not sure how other locations are, but REI customer service will refer you back to the store in question, so stay away from this location.
