  I feel the need to share an exceptionally poor experience I had tonight at this TMobile location. My family and I have driven out of our way multiple times to this location because of their highly knowledgeable daytime staff. The nighttime staff, however, seem to be less knowledgeable. We brought in a brand new, never turned on, ZTE Blade V8 Pro to transfer my information from my old phone to the new one. Now, this phone has a tray that uses a thin "key" to press the button that triggers it to pop out (just like an iPhone). This tray holds the memory/microSD card. After explaining he gentleman who helped us what we were there to do, he quickly and mindlessly grabbed my phone and started ripping it apart and taking out the memory/microSD card. Without giving the new phone a second glance this man opened the tray and jammed the cards in, slamming it shut. When he turned the phone on it wasn't reading the cards. So naturally, we tried to get the cards out. However, no matter how hard we pushed the key in, the tray wouldn't pop open. So now my memory card and microSD are trapped inside this new phone. Multiple TMobile employees tried with no success to get it open, jamming that key into the phone as hard as they could, but they tray wouldn't budge. I can't tell you HOW MANY TIMES I asked if he was certain he put it in the right way. He assured me "Yes, of course. The inside of this phone is cut so it fits the tray in one way and one way only. There's no way it was put in upside down, it's impossible." I blindly believed him. Ultimately, we couldn't get the tray open and the TMobile employee directed us to World of Wireless, just up the road. He said we would have to PAY to take it to a repair shop as he couldn't get it open. I was appalled. I turned to him and asked "So you're telling us that we have to go pay to get it fixed for something that is in no way our fault?" he responded "Yes." Now, I give this gentleman kudos for knowing when he couldn't do anything more, and bonus points for not wanting to ruin the phone. However, he did anyway. We take the phone over to the phone repair shop, and my new friend Doug was incredibly helpful. He tried opening it, and like us, couldn't get it open. He passed it on to the tech guy who ended up having to take the ENTIRE PHONE APART in order to unjam it. He said there were more than 50 screws he had to take out to reach it. We spent an hour there to get it fixed. And guess what? The tray WAS in upside down. If you need any work done on your phone, save yourselves the agony, lack of professionalism and deceit. Skip the TMobile store and head over to Doug at World of Wireless. **UPDATE: After calling this location, being told the manager would call us back, and never receiving a call, we went to the Customer Support Line and Tmobile gave us a $25 credit to our account with no trouble whatsoever.**

  I bought a new phone and added a tech 21 screen protector at the time of purchase they employee put it on and it had bubbles. He said if they don't disappear to bring it back in a few days and he would replace it. I had to do that because they didn't disappear. He replaced it after a new shipment came in because he said the one that they had were all bubbling. In about 3 weeks my protector had another big bubble. I took it in and they said it was not put on correctly and there was nothing they could do. I explained that the store employee put it on..... they looked embarrassed and still said too bad, nothing can be done, send it to the manufacturer.
